5th Call - 2012
The RIAL's Fifth Call was opened from March 8 to May 4, 2012 with a total of 37 proposals of technical bilateral cooperation received. These proposals were characterized by improved justifications, a greater clarity and for reflecting a deeper comunication between Ministries involved than those presented in previous years.
