Telework

Delegates from the Ministry of Labor of Colombia visited the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security of Argentina in Buenos Aires to learn about best practices and experiences from the latter Ministry in the area of telework. The Ministry of Labor of Colombia is working to make telework a reality in their country, and the lessons from Argentina are invaluable in achieving this goal. In the words of the Colombian delegation, “Argentina’s leadership in the matter of telework… has been fundamental in consolidating nationally formal public policies in this matter.” Furthermore, in its Final Report, the delegation highlighted that “the expectations of the international cooperation were met 100%.”
