Mr. Saboto Caesar received a Masters of Law from the University of London. He has served as Junior Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture, Minister of Housing, Lands and Survey, Physical Planning, Informal Human Settlement and Local Government. In 2015, he was reappointed Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Rural Transformation and, on November 2017, the portfolios of Industry, Labour, and Bureau of Standards were added to his existing portfolio as Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Rural Transformation.
