Suriname - Ministry of Labor, Employment Opportunity and Youth Affairs

Mrs. Rishma Kuldipsingh took oath as Minister of Labour, Employment Opportunity and Youth Affairs on July, 2020, as a part of the cabinet of President Chan Santokhi. 

Mrs. Kuldipsingh holds a Masters in Business Administration Degree by the Netherlands Business Academy. 

She has extense experience in the labor and education areas of the public sector. She has served as an officer in the Ministry of Education in charge of the procedures for students who wish to study abroad, as well as manager of the fund for SME's and training policies for the Ministry of Labour.
