Cynthia Gellibert Mora assumed office as Minister of Labor and Human Development of Ecuador on June 5, 2026. Minister Gellibert holds a degree in Economics from the Vicente Rocafuerte Lay University of Guayaquil and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Peninsula State University of Santa Elena. She previously served as Secretary-General for Public Administration, Planning, and Cabinet Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic of Ecuador.
