	Webinar on "Social Dialogue with Results: The experience of Castilla y Leon, Spain On March 19, the OAS-RIAL held a Webinar on the Social Dialogue model of Castilla y Leon, Spain. This mechanism has been internationally recognized as a valuable and effective experience of negotiation and conciliation for achieving over 100 tripartite agreements.
	Information Webinar for RIAL Bilateral Cooperation took place with the participation of 18 countries Within the Framework of the 12th RIAL Call for Proposals for Bilateral Cooperation, the OAS Technical Secretariat held two webinars to share important information regarding the presentation of proposals, and to support the Ministries of Labor to find the best allies for their Cooperation. The webinars took place on Februay 5th and 6th, in Spanish and English respectively.

	Experiences on Youth Employment are Shared on PAHO-OAS Webinar During a Webinar organized by PAHO-OAS this July 31st, Panama Chile and the International Labor Organization (ILO) shared experiences, challenges and areas of opportunity on the subject of Youth Employment.
	OAS Committee on Partnership approves Work Plan 2018-2020 of the IACML Last june, the Member States of the Organization of American States (OAS), through the Committee on Partnership, approved the Work Plan 2018-2020 of the Inter-American Conference of Ministers of Labor (IACML), document that was elaborated by the Ministers of Labor that lead the Conference during the Planning Meeting held from april 26 to 27, 2018 in Washington, D.C.
	Planning of Billateral Cooperation Activities Advances The planning of seven Billateral Cooperation Activities is currently underway. The Ministries of Labor of Barbados, Honduras, Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Ecuador will recieve training and knowledge from their counterparts of Jamaica, Colombia, Canada, Argentina and Barbados, respectively. The topics to be adressed are Youth Employment, Erradication of Child Labor, Occupational Health and Safety and Professional Training and Skills Certification.
	RIAL selects seven proposals for bilateral cooperation As a result of the Eleventh Call for Proposals of the RIAL, a total of 49 were presented, and 7 bilateral cooperation proposals were selected to be held between August and December 2018.
