RIAL/OAS Workshop on AI, digital platforms and labor rights

The RIAL Workshop, co-organized with the Ministry of Labor of Colombia, took place on September 11 and 12, 2025, and addressed the impacts of AI on the world of work and labor administration, as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with digital labor platforms.
