Mr. Erland Rodríguez Lafuente assumed office on August 12, 2024 as Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Welfare of Bolivia. Minister Rodríguez is a lawyer and has experience in the public sector and the labor sector, having served as departmental director of La Paz, Bolivia in the Attorney General's Office; as head of the processes and resources unit of the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH by its acronym in Spanish), and in the Regional Workers' Union of El Alto.
