Strategic Planning – Organization and Functioning

This is one of the most timely and relevant cooperations from the RIAL. Just a few months after Paraguay created their own Ministry of Work, Labor and Social Security in Paraguay, a delegation traveled to Buenos Aires to receive technical assistance from their homologues in Strategic Planning. Through this Exchange, the Paraguayan delegation identified elements from the Argentinian experience that they could immediately incorporate into their institutional management model.
 
During the visit, the delegates had the opportunity to get to know in detail the processes of implementation and certification of the integrated quality management system, their articulation of strategic planning, operative, Budget setting, and the methodology for redesigning public administration processes.
