ACHIEVEMENTS:

Since SICADIT started operating in 2014, every year, training is provided to an average of 850 public servants participating in the labor inspection process.

Training courses include the following subject areas: I. Legal Framework for Labor Inspection; II. General Working Conditions; III. Safety and Health, and IV. Skills.

Sixty interactive online courses have been taught; ICTs allow for a wider coverage and professional development of the inspection staff.

Among improvements introduced, it is worth mentioning the videoconference modality on specific topics, a virtual library updated with current regulations, and a question bank that has provided the opportunity to detect needs to develop specific topics and new courses.
