Objectives: 

• Dialogue on the current situation, emerging topics, challenges and opportunities for the gender units or areas in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

 

• Prepare recommendations, to be elevated to the IACML, on actions to continue advancing in the institutionalization of a gender approach in the Ministries of Labor. Incorporate these recommendations in the Study “The Institutionalization of a Gender Approach in the Ministries of Labor of the Americas: An Update”, to be published early in 2021.
